Welcome to the “Last Ayah” app. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Nature of the App “Last Ayah” is a Qur’anic waqf app designed to help users organize their companionship with the Holy Qur’an through recitation, memorization, revision, reflection, and action, together with related supporting tools and services. 2. Use of the App The app is made available for personal, educational, non-commercial use in accordance with the purpose for which it was created. Users agree not to use the app unlawfully or in any manner that may harm the app, its users, systems, or servers. Users may not attempt to hack the app, bypass its security systems, gain unauthorized access to its data, extract its source code, modify it, or reuse it without permission. 3. User Account Some app features may require creating an account in order to save user progress and synchronize data and preferences across devices. Users are responsible for safeguarding access to their accounts and for preventing unauthorized persons from using their login credentials. 4. Qur’anic and Scholarly Content The Holy Qur’an is the Word of Allah Almighty. Nothing in these Terms concerning rights or intellectual property is intended to claim ownership of the text of the Holy Qur’an. As for the scholarly and reflective materials, ideas, and practical actions derived from the “Qur’an: Tadabbur & Action” project, their scholarly rights are reserved to the project affiliated with Al-Minhaj Center for Educational Supervision and Training. These materials may be used for personal benefit and disciplined scholarly use with proper attribution to their source. They may not be republished or commercially exploited in a manner that infringes the rights of their owners. 5. App Rights “Last Ayah” is a digital waqf endowed by SADA AL HADITHAH in service of the Book of Allah. Rights relating to each element of the project remain reserved to the entity responsible for that area, including the scholarly methodology and content, concept and visual identity, software and technical systems, and all other materials produced specifically for the app. 6. Service Availability and Updates We continuously work to develop the app and improve its performance and services. Some services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical circumstances beyond our control. Features may also be added, modified, or discontinued according to the app’s development stages and needs. 7. Scholarly and Religious Content The reflective and educational content in the app is provided to help users understand the Qur’an, engage with it, and act upon it. The app is not a substitute for consulting qualified scholars and specialists on religious matters that require a fatwa or case-specific guidance. 8. Responsible Use Users are responsible for how they use the app and for decisions they make based on its services. Every reasonable effort is made to provide a stable and reliable experience; however, no technical system can be guaranteed to be completely free from faults or interruptions. 9. Updates to the Terms & Conditions These Terms & Conditions may be updated when necessary to reflect app development or regulatory and technical requirements. The most recent version published in the app will apply. Continued use of the app after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
